Reception through to year 11 GCSE
I have proven and extensive teaching and tutoring experience over many years. I have successfully supported hundreds of pupils from reception years through to year 11.
Additionally, I have also prepared and supported hundreds of pupils in their preparation for important maths SATs, GCSE maths and GCSE statistics both at a Foundation and Higher level.

Pre-Test/11+/13+ Common Entrance preparation
I have also have tutored and coached several pupils in preparation for challenging mathematical entrance examinations, who have then successfully gained selective entry into some of Hampshire's top private schools
Personalised 'catch-up' tuition
Pupils may, through no fault of their own, have 'gaps' in their maths skills and knowledge. Sometimes through being absent from school, low quality teaching or not gaining enough support in a busy classroom.
As a qualified and very experienced primary and secondary maths specialist teacher, I can quickly identify students’ problem areas and work with them in positive, constructive ways to achieve success. I design my lessons according to my students’ needs, with an emphasis on confidence-boosting activities. With many 'I get it now!' moments.
